She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Roy Alvar Nelson and Vivian Lucille Register; her husband S. C. Archer; and her sons, James Franklin Archer, Martin Lee Archer (Carrie) and Kelly Roy Archer (Johnnie). She was also cherished by 5 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to St. Jude's Hospital in Memphis, TN.
