It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Samuel Whitlow in Little Rock, Arkansas, born in Arkadelphia, Arkansas, who passed away on July 18, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John P. Whitlow and Agnes Griffin Whitlow; his brother James Whitlow (Jim); and his wife Maryan Howell Whitlow. He is survived by: his sisters, June Whitlow of Birmingham, AL and Nancy Whitlow of Alton, IL.; his sister-in-law Milly Whitlow; his nephew Jeffrey Whitlow (Ashley); and his great-nephews, Connor of Little Rock and Noah Whitlow of Little Rock.
