He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Brown and Polly Abels Brown; his children, Rhonda Shelley and Leroy Brown; his siblings, James Brown, Shirley Wilson and Cecilia Brown; and his grandchildren, Curtis Shelley, Carson Fleming and Christina Diamond.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Perkins Brown; and his children, Lorie Martin (Dennis), Tonya Maxwell (Tim), Liz Lybrand, Ricky Shaw, Allen Fleming (Paula), Robert Fleming (Cindy), Derric Fleming (Tina), Angel Overstreet and La Donna Henry. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 9th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Memorial Gardens Funeral Home (2686 US-167, Sheridan, AR 72150). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 9th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
