She was predeceased by: her father Anthony Metrailer; and her husband Gerald Vaugine Hudgens, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Diane Logan (Dave Cartier), Gerald, Jr. (Gwen), Susan Massey, Helen Billingsley (John), Robert Hudgens (Cathy), Stephen Hudgens (Tonya), Alice Cooner (Les) and Janie Hudgens. She is also survived by grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and many special nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made in Rose's name to Mt. St. Mary Academy, where she was a 1944 graduate, Little Rock Carmelite Nuns or Catholic High School.
