He is survived by: his sons, Kenneth Knowles of San Clemente, CA and David Knowles (Wendi) of Oklahoma City; his granddaughter Berkley Knowles of Oklahoma City; and his sisters, Pat Arendt of Orchard Park, NY, Cindy Winegarden (Tom) of The Villages, FL and Marge DaRe (Tony) of Orchard Park, NY. He is also survived by numerous other extended family and special friends.
