With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Wade Boury of Little Rock, Arkansas, born in Wheeling, West Virginia, who passed away on June 17, 2023 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Laura Angelique Boury; his daughter Susan Nicole Stogsdill; his sister Bonnie Radevski; his brother-in-law TJ Radevski; and his parents, Michael Boury and Mickey Boury.

The American Stroke Association has been chosen for contributions to honor Bob's memory.

“The news of Dr. Boury's passing just reached me when I saw the announcement on the Donaghey Scholars Facebook page. I wish to extend my sincere condolences to his family. Back in the early 90s I did some babysitting for his little daughter in exchange for a 2-volume compact edition of the Oxford English dictionary. I imagine he got some good use out of those. He was a truly kind and talented man. Sincerely, Patricia (Patty) Patten Jörwall”
