He is survived by: his wife Shelia; his children, Bijane' Parker-Hicks (BJ), Autumn Parker-Wilford, Rory Parker, Robert Earl Parker, Jr. and Brandon Butler; his sister Cleo Parker Smith of Atlanta, GA; and his niece Crystal Parker. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
