He was predeceased by: his parents, Bethel Ragan and Reuben Ragan; and his brothers, Arden and Kenneth Ragan. He is survived by: his wife Sara Ragan of Little Rock; his sister Karen Ragan Davis of Conway; his children, Monica Ragan Mills (Tom) and Jonathan Ragan (Jamie); and his grandchildren, Jordan Ragan Burns, Patrick Ragan, Connor Ragan, Colin Ragan, Abigail Mills, Hayden Mills and Anna Grace Mills. He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
