It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ralph Marvin Cloar Jr. (Little Rock, Arkansas), born in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, who passed away on April 5, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Katy Cloar; his daughter Mary Struthers of Virginia; his parents, Virginia Cloar and Ralph Cloar Sr.; and his brother Tom Cloar.
He is survived by: his brother Bob Cloar (Mary Lynne); his children, Lynn Cooper and Ralph Cloar, III (Kay); his grandchildren, Jonathan Cloar (Sarah Beth), Julia Struthers, Haley Reilly (Luke), Mary Elise Cooper and Henry Cloar; and his great grandchildren, Connor Cloar and Emma Kate Cloar.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Ralph M. Cloar, Jr. Scholarship fund at the University of Arkansas School of Law.
