Phillip L. Williams

Phillip Lee Williams of Russellville, Arkansas passed away on February 4, 2022, after a long battle with throat cancer.

A memorial service will be held on August 6, 2022, at Hillside Cemetery in Platteville, Wisconsin with Reverend Richard J. Leffler Officiating.

Phillip was born in Honolulu, Hawaii on March 17, 1979, son of Charles V. and Patricia J. Williams. He graduated from Platteville High School in 1997 and Washington University in St; Louis in 2001. He was an avid soccer player and loved to build large, complicated technic Lego sets.

He is survived by his parents and numerous family members. He will always be remembered for his intelligence and dry sense of humor.
