He is survived by: his wife Amy Moseley; his children, Collin Moseley, Kyle Pennington and Taylor Pennington; his parents, Paul E. Moseley (Joyce) and Erma Faye Martin; and his sisters, Shanda "Desha" Merrell and Ashley Frazier. He is also survived by his sons, nieces, and nephews.
