He was predeceased by: his parents, Lillie Mae Adkison and Ross Howard Harvel. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his daughter Michelle Boulden; his son-in-law Beau Boulden; his grandson Hunter Tuggle; his niece Lisa Ballew; and his nephew Rodney Helm.
