He is survived by: his wife Ilsa Martinez; his son Oscar Martinez Jr.; his grandchildren, Evelyn Martinez, Orlyn Martinez, Jaqueline Martinez, Merilyn Martinez and Oscar Martinez; and his siblings, Carlos Roberto Mendoza, Gloria Esperanza Martinez and Olga Ondina Martinez. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
