She was predeceased by: her husband W. Don Carter; and her siblings, Delbert, Paul Rogers and Dorothy Roberts. She is survived by: her siblings, Phyllis Hillman and Willie Don Rogers; her children, Dr. Mike Carter (Gena) of Conway and Carolyn Williams (Ray) of Little Rock; her grandchildren, Christy Lax (Chris) of Little Rock, Cara Dean (Nathan) of Prosper, Leslie Lloyd (Chris) of Conway, Stephen Carter (Melissa) of Bentonville and Kevin Carter (Samantha) of Conway; and her great grandchildren, William, Caroline Lax, Henry, Wesley, Allie, Charlie, James Dean, Madison, Carter Lloyd, Elsa, Gemma, Leo Carter, June and Espie Mae Carter.
