He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Minh and Mai-Le Hoang; and his mother-in-law Mary Duyen Truong. He is survived by: his daughters, Jill, Christine, Diana and Aileen; his siblings, Duc Hoang, Nguyet Vu, Nga Vu and Viem Hoang; and his son-in-law Lo-Ming Shia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
