He was predeceased by: his grandfather Otis Wright. He is survived by: his cousin Deonta Gurley; his parents, LaShanna Smith and DeAndrae Lewis, Sr. (Antonio Simmons); his siblings, Trayvivna Smith and DeAndrae Lewis, Jr.; his grandmother Bobbie Smith; and his aunts and uncles, Paula Hall, Shanekia Smith, Jennifer Dorn, Ricky Smith, Jason Oliver and Michael Smith. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
