He is survived by: his wife Glenda McIntosh; his daughter Madison McIntosh-Green (Brent); his mother Wanda McIntosh-Crouch; his sons, Jeremy and Cody Pruett; his grandchildren, James and Shelby Pruett; and his brothers, Eric McIntosh (Jennifer) and Brock McIntosh (Ember).
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Twin City Church of Christ (1615 US 49, West Helena, AR 72390). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
