She was predeceased by: her father Wirt Lewis; her husband Orville E. Castleberry, Sr.; and her siblings, Willa Lorraine Warren (IJ), Lois Jean Stroud (Red), Lisbon Dow Lewis (Dimps) and William Albert Lewis (Elsie).
She is survived by: her mother Grace Ann Lewis; her children, Debby Williamson (Ron) of Bedford and Orville E. Castleberry, Jr. (North); and her grandchildren, Cindy Vigneron (Brandon) of Benton, Christy Helms (Neil) of Red Oak, Kimberly Viola (Philip) and Scott Williamson (Brittany) of Haslet, Texas. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren; nieces; nephews and good friend.
