She was predeceased by: her parents, John Cotten and Lee Ross Cotten; her brother Bill Cotten; her husband John Temple; and her grandson Matt Cornett.
She is survived by: her sisters, Lavada Smith and Opal Murphy; and her children, Becky Cornett (Jack), Greg Temple (Deborah) and Mark Temple (Dorene). She is also survived by great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
