She was predeceased by: her parents, Nellie Jean Lee and Tom Smith; her sisters, Patsy Ruth Smith and Ann Ransom; and her grandson Michael Milner.
She is survived by: her children, Alicia Rhodes of Mayflower, Leticia Sullivan (Danny) of Little Rock and Shane Milner (Sheila) of Mountain Home; her siblings, Betty Bradshaw of Oklahoma, Peggy Snipes of Ward, Johnny Smith and Ricky Lee of Ward; and her grandchildren, Todd Aaron Smith, Sr., Amy Wickliffe, Jeremy Wickliffe, Joey Waggoner, Loren Guzman, Kirsten Clark and Alex Milner.
