She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. E. Leon Moore of Blackshear and Dorothea Moore (McNeal) of Macon County, Illinois.; and her cousins, North of Florida, David Moore, Cecilia Turner (Moore), Kester Moore, Cynthia Guinn (Moore), Kenny Moore, Zelda McNeal (Moore), Iris Strickland (Tuten), Larry Tuten, Diane Whitaker (Waldron), Brenda Burney (Waldron), Wayne Waldron, Sandra Stone (Waldron), Norma Jean Napier (Tuten), Gail Hargreaves (Tuten), Daniel Tuten, Terry Johnson (Adcock), Dr. Debra Moore, Deborah Moore, Sherrie Mullis (Moore), Anita Jones (Moore), Michael Moore, Kevin Moore and Brian Moore.
She is survived by: her husband Terry D. O'Brian; her brother Samuel L. Moore of Madison, Wisconsin; and her siblings-in-law, Susan D'Angelo (O'Brian) of Long Island and Mickey O'Brian.
