She was predeceased by: her parents, James David Butterworth and Frances Butterworth (Voss); her husband James Alvin Turner; her son Richard Alvin Turner; and her sisters, Betty Schisler and Kathleen Wright.
She is survived by: her children, David Turner (Donna) of St. Louis, MO, Cynthia Cole (Jeff) of Jonesboro and Kevin Turner (Lisa) of Frisco, TX.; her grandchildren, Austin Turner (Kate) of St. Peters, Casey Turner St. Charles, Kayla Turner, Anthony Cole (Laura) of Colorado Springs, Samantha Thomas (Alexander) of Austin, Nathan Turner (Melissa) of Fort Worth and Anna Turner of Prosper; and her great grandchildren, Reagan Turner, Aiden Cole and Alejandra Cole.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to organizations of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church or a charity of your choice.
