He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Tilton Heulitt and Rose Catherine Heulitt; and his grandson Thomas Oliver Kaetzer. He is survived by: his children, Gerald "Jay" Heulitt M. D. and Eileen Marie Kaetzer (Heulitt); his wife Effie "Candy" Heulitt; his grandchildren, Joseph Theodore Heulitt, Samuel James Kaetzer and Lily Catherine Kaetzer; and his siblings, Paula and Jerry.
