Margaret Alexander Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Alexander (Little Rock, Arkansas), who passed away on May 3, 2022, at the age of 103, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Lester and Nancy Hester Gullick Purtle; her husband Marvin Marion Alexander; her children, Barney Louis Alexander and Susan Evelyn Alexander Keathley; and her siblings, Windell, Wallace Purtle, Ellen Stewart, Lois Maroon and Mildred Griebel.
She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Alice Shipley (Larry) and Lendy Eaton (Ron); her son-in-law Gary Keathley; her grandchildren, Paul Shipley (Joanna), Sarah Shipley (Robert Richle), Sean Keathley (Jamie), Lynn Keathley Staner (Ryan) and Brian Eaton; her great grandchildren, Kira, Erin Shipley, Pierce, James Keathley, Cooper and Jackson Staner; and her sister Frances Imus. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions to Highland Valley UMC, Presbyterian Village Foundation or charity of choice will be appreciated by family.
