She is survived by: her husband Bobby Smith; her children, Karen Goodson (Calvin) of Lexa, Sharon Kinman (Tead) of Lexa, Arkansas and Steven Smith of Lexa Arkansas; her grandchildren, Sonya Hazel (Ryan), Kimberly Moore (Cody), Steven Smith Jr. (Destiny) and Megan Box (Steven); her great grandchildren, Charlie Hazel, Bethany Hazel, Madison O'Bryant, Bryar Adams, Emma Moore, Reece Moore, Talmadge Box and Macon Box; and her sisters, Kathy Smith and Wilma Harris. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
