She was predeceased by: her husband Andrew Griffin; her daughter Debra Udell; and her parents, Omilion White and Wilsie Lee White. She is survived by: her children, Andrew Griffin Jr. (Aekyong), Dwayne Griffin (Tracina), Darren Griffin (Nancy), Carlton White, Hazel Walker, Elizabeth Smith-McKinney (Tyree) and Beverly Wade (Guy); and her brother Ira D. White.
