She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Jeff Smithwick; her parents, Sherry Stafford (Bill) and Donald Burrows (Vicki); and her siblings, Jeff Burrows (Tana), Misty Brunt (Brad), Alicia Tano (Joe), Bonnie Nixon (Jeremy) and Katherine Modlin.
Lori loved all her family's adventures – big and small – from bicycle rides along the Arkansas River Trail, to traveling the country, to baking her way through the pandemic (and sharing her delicious creations).
