She was predeceased by: her parents, Doyle Havens and Mildred Havens; and her sister Shirley Goss (Leon). She is survived by: her children, Stacy Smith, Nancy Young (Greg) and Scott Smith (Anita); her grandchildren, Nick Mulkey (Amber), Cheyenne Tarkington (Chris), Rachel Davis (Taylor), Noah Sanders (Chloe), Sean Caldwell (Sunee), Charlie Smith and Jeff Smith; and her great grandchildren, Oliver, Dakota and Margot.
