She was predeceased by: her parents, Velma Alene McClellan and Ora Van Thompson. She is survived by: her husband Nolan James Brown; her son Nolan James Brown Jr.; her daughter-in-law Robin Brown; her grandchildren, Olivia and Evan Brown; and her siblings, Lorene Dyer, Marnell Parker and Ronnie Erwin.
