She was predeceased by: her parents, Nadine Fales and Merle Fales. She is survived by: her sons, Brian Edwards and Shawn Edwards (Debbie Gemar); her grandsons, Jack Edwards and Cashton Edwards; her siblings, David Fales (Melinda Rogers) and Nancy Fales; her former husband Paul; and the fathers of children, Shawn and Brian.
