He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Lowell Mizell and Elsie Faye Fickert Mizell; and his son Christopher Blake Mizell. He is survived by: his daughters, Jessica Anne Cline (Daniel) of Little Rock and Ashley Nicole Jacobs (Derrick) of Hensley, Arkansas.; and his grandchildren, Felix Andrew Cline, Emberly Kaye Jacobs and Conner Christian Jacobs.
