Perry; his sons, Greg Perry (Tracy) and Mark Perry (Pamela); his grandchildren, Adriane Johnston (Dillion), Joshua Perry (Jo Anna), Miranda Perry and Alyssa Perry; his great grandchild Annelise Johnston; his siblings, John M. Perry of Little Rock, Arkansas., J. Marvin Perry of Little Rock, Arkansas., Lena L. Biggs of Little Rock, Arkansas. and Homer F. Perry Jr. of Little Rock, Arkansas.; and his caregivers, Gloria "Cookie", Jasmine, Nikki and Kendra.
