He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Simon Phillips, Jr. and Ethel Mae Cohns-Phillips; his grandparents, Simon Phillips, Sr., Callie Phillips and Winnie Cohns; his stepdaughter Shanta Batchelor; his wife Lesia Booker-Phillips of Little Rock, AR; his sons, Leon Phillips Jr., Zachary Phillips and Christian Phillips; his stepson Jerry Hill (Asia); his daughter Stephanie Phillips; his stepdaughter Shawn Hardiman; his grandchildren, Saige Wilson, Giselle Phillips and Jason Thompson; his stepgrandchildren, Jayden Hill, Ava Hill and Jada Hill; his siblings, Timothy Phillips (Brenda), Elmer Phillips, Simon Phillips III (Darnell), Joyce Robinson (Jimmie), Winnie Hogan, Shirley Phillips and Ida Higgins (Jimmy); and his half-sisters, Louise Grayson and Emily King (Riley). He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
