She is survived by: her children, Pamela Rusch (Fred) of Little Rock, Charles Smith (Tammie) of Little Rock, Eric Smith (Leslie) of Little Rock, William "Billy" Heavner, III (Ellen) of Bryant, Tina Baldridge (John) of Hensley, Arkansas and Wayne Tazelaar (Deborah) of Benton, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Jennifer Thomas, Ryan Thomas (Laura), Erick Rusch (Michelle), Amanda Woodley (Maurio), William Smith (Emily), Brittney Smith, Ashlyn Heavner, Logan Heavner, Alexis Baldridge and Kaitlin Baldridge; her sister Mary Jane Tiner (John Philpot) of Little Rock; and her friend Laverne. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
