He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Allen Worthy of Little Rock, AR; his stepchildren, Deketric Smith, William Dwayne Smith and Valeria Marie Smith; his siblings, Leandrew Worthy (Virginia) of Nashville, TN, Robert Worthy, Dwayne Worthy of Nashville, TN, Lila Wilhite, Evangeline Worthy of Monroe, LA, Alice Worthy and Viola Jackson (Jarvis) of Las Vegas, NV; and his granddaughters, Brionna Smith and Essyience Smith of Little Rock, AR. He is also survived by nephews, nieces and cousins.
