Lacy Parker Fraiser Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lacy Parker Fraiser of Little Rock, Arkansas, born in Memphis, Tennessee, who passed away on August 1, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix Mitchell Fraiser and Burford Marie Fraiser; and his siblings, Mary Paula Terrell and Felix Mitchell Fraiser, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Jane Riser Fraiser; his children, Mark Fraiser of Hot Springs, Scott Fraiser of Atlanta, GA, David Fraiser (Kelly) of Little Rock and Amy Menudier (Dan) of Sonoma, CA; his grandsons, Parker Fraiser and Garrett Fraiser of Little Rock; and his brother-in-law Robert Riser (Judy) of Brent, AL. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to be made in Lacy's honor to St. James United Methodist Church.
