He was predeceased by: his father William Ellis Jasper. He is survived by: his mother Theresa Ann Fortner (Bleemel); his stepfather Joseph Fortner; his siblings, Vicki Switzer (Rob) and Craig Fortner; his children, Kristy Dillman (Steve) and Wesley Jasper (Sarah); and his grandchildren, Ashley, Katelyn, Stephen, Emma, Olivia, Dylan and Luke.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that contributions be made to either the VFW (Veterans of Foreign Wars) or the Wounded Warrior Project. These organizations were close to Kenny's heart, and donations made in his memory will support their important work.
