He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Charles Parker, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Vickie Parker; his daughter Keisha Williams; his grandson Mason Evans; his mother Ruthie Smith (Dewitt); and his siblings, Rose Webb (Robert), Sherri Graggs, Anthony Parker, Janice Parker and Merlin Parker. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, and other relatives and friends.
