It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Juanita Francis of Little Rock, Arkansas, born in Watson, Arkansas, who passed away on June 11, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklin Fehr and Ruby Fehr. She is survived by: her daughters, Sheila Moseley (Mark Moseley) of Hurley, MS and Karrie Cochran (Gary Cochran) of Hensley, AR; her grandchildren, Joshua, Cori, Megan and Zachary (Ashley Cochran); her great grandchildren, Tavian, Jakobi and Connor; and her sisters, Patty Sharp, Patricia Perrien and Betty Boyd. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Pulaski County Humane Society.
