He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Epstein and Dina Epstein. He is survived by: his wife Anna; his children, Yifat Miron (Tal), Ayelet Goren (Asaf), Karen Brandt and Dina Epstein; his grandchildren, Bar, Yuval, Omer, Gal, Shachar, Rea, Ethan and Ariel; his great grandchild Alon; and his siblings, Sonya Portnoy and Moshe Epstein (Liora).
