He is survived by: his mother Barbara "Dal" Fletcher; his siblings, Duke Walker (Becca) and Shea Siler of Little Rock; his sons, Tyler Wayne Lilley (Stevy) of Elkins and Joseph "Cullen" Walker IV of Huntsville, Arkansas; his stepmother Kathy Walker of Royal, Arkansas; and his granddaughters, Evy, Addy Walker and Karsyn Lilley.
