He was predeceased by: his siblings, Steve Webb and Carolyn Myers. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Womack Webb; his children, Laura Fout (Josh), Katherine Quinn (Wesley) and Chris Webb; his grandsons, Holland Fout, Mason Quinn and Will Quin; and his siblings, David Webb (Marilyn), Mary Jo Pruitt (Craig) and James Webb (Dobby). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
