He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred McNeill and Daniel McNeill; his wife Dolores Parker McNeill (Dodie); his stepfather Omer Dallas (O. D.); and his brother Daniel McNeill (Dolores).
He is survived by: his daughters, Patti Cassel (Rick) and Vicki Tyler (Jack); his grandchildren, Amy Shelby (Jason), Trey Tyler (Sarah), Jeff Tyler (Kristin) and Neill Linebarier; and his brother-in-law Dale Parker (Pat). He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Roller-Drummond Funeral Home Chapel (10900 I-30, Little Rock, AR 72209). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
