He was predeceased by: his parents, Annis Fogleman and Judge John Fogleman. He is survived by: his children, DeAnne Thomas (Patrick Brooks), Debbie Williamson (Mark) and John Fogleman III (Kilee); his grandchildren, Baylor, Elizabeth, Annie Thomas, Hayden, Griffin Woodall, Kyle, Kennedy and Cody Fogleman; and his sisters, Dell Fogleman and Mary Williams (Leven).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Catholic High School (6300 Father Tribou Street, Little Rock, AR 72205).
