He is survived by: his daughters, Irene Harris and Katina Dobbins; his siblings, A. D. Blanton Jr. (Barbara), William Blanton (Jackie), Reginald Blanton (Beverly), Orlando Blanton (Petita), John Blanton (Melonie), Dwight Blanton, Cedric Blanton (Tameka), Samuel Blanton, Angela Johnson (Calvin), Karen Hardaway (John), Teresa Sisk (Eric), Marilyn Sanders and Carilyn Parker (Donnelle); and his grandchildren, Tanisha Cox, Derek Harris and Monika Harris Marshall (Chris). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
