We are sad to announce that on January 12, 2024, at the age of 102, Jo Clair Armstrong Hays in Little Rock, Arkansas, born in Dallas, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leta Armstrong and Fred Armstrong; her husband Ernest T. "Sonny" Hays; and her son Robert Harrison Hays. She is survived by: her daughter Ann Hays Cain (David) of Pine Bluff; her grandsons, Matthew David Cain (Christine) of Creve Couer, MO and Mark Hays Cain (Shelby) of McKinney, TX; and her great grandchildren, Rosemary, Saylor, Francine and Kyndal.
