She is survived by: her mother Donna May Reed (Maddox); her children, Brittany Maddox (Jason) of Grenola and Tyler Duke Ollenborger of Arkansas City; her granddaughter Kinzel Faye Maddox; her siblings, Tom Reed of Cambridge and Dede Reed Ciskowski (Joe) of Las Cruces, NM; and her close friend Randy Suggs of Little Rock, AR..
A memorial has been established in Jody's name for the North Central Horse Show Association. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
