He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, H. E. Rowe and Mildred Rowe; his wife Nina; his daughters, Michele Pickett (Phil) of Bryant and Stacy Crawford (Greg) of Benton; his grandchildren, Tyler Pickett (Jordan) of Little Rock, Katelynn Norton (Matt) of Bryant, Landon Pickett (Megan) of Benton, Megan Misenheimer (Garrett) of Little Rock and Clay Crawford of Benton; his great grandchildren, Whitley Norton and Hadley Pickett; his brother Carl Eugene Rowe (Pam) of Conway; and his daughter Brenda Sue. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews, many cousins, and a host of friends.
