She is survived by: her sons, William "Billy" Cooksey Jr. and Ronnie M. Woolfolk (Catherine); her stepdaughter Marilyn Lavern Smith; her grandchildren, Lazette Cooksey, Taihia Faulkner, William "Billy" Cooksey, LaJuana Hobson, James N. Woolfolk, India Woolfolk, Monique Caldwell (Will), Stacey Toliver (Charles), Marcus Woolfolk, Lewis Woolfolk, Katherine Turner, Ronnie M. Blake, Demond Woolfolk (Daneeque), Nicole Coleman, Dewayne Jones, Duwanda Davenport, Denise Carter, Valeta Freeny, Decarra Lockwood, Roderick Todd, Deneen Fenner, Aisha Bint Oscar, Denny Fenner, Cynthia Smith Macklin and Ray Smith; and her daughters, Gloria Todd, Diana Davenport, Patricia Jones and Darlene Thomas.
