With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jesse Butler of Little Rock, Arkansas, who passed away on February 8, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Jessie Butler. He is survived by: his daughter Stephanie Butler; his sisters, Dorothy Butler, Deloise Butler and Beverly Butler; his wife Beverly A. Butler; his children, Michael James of Seattle, Jay L. Butler of Little Rock and Sonja James of Pine Bluff; his sisters, Aloise Scott of Milwaukee and Linda Hill; and his grandchildren, Ashley Thomas of Dallas, Carrington Craig of Broomfield, Myles James of Dallas, Brianna Butler of Killeen, Jeremiah James of Houston and Callie Butler of Pine Bluff. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the St. Peter's Rock Missionary Baptist Church (1201 S Catalpa St, Pine Bluff, AR 71601). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
